  • Shoreline Astronomical Society General Meeting on March 13th at 7-9PM at Deer Lake Outdoor Center
  • Total Lunar Eclipse - Overnight starting on March 13th-March14th
  • Meigs Point Nature Center Family Astronomy Night - Saturday, March 29, 7:30-9:30 PM

Club News
  • We have applied for our 501(c)(3) Non-profit status! A big win, thank you to the club members for your help
  • We've doubled our paid club members since last year, thank you for your support! If you're not a member you join today, please see our Membership & Meetings page
  • Members continue to be recognized for outreach with awards from the Astronomical League
  • We've kicked off a series of astrophotography talks, with one this past month and another coming up this April.  Stay tuned!

Despite the touch-and-go weather, we had a great time last night at Salt Meadow Park.  Hi All, Some Updates We now accept online payment for club memberships on our Meetings and Membership Page ! This is in addition to check and cash payments, those options remain. Thursday the 12th at 7PM we will have our December General Meeting On the Agenda is  Astronomical League Awards Ceremony Nominations for Officer Positions (you can self-nominate and we can use the help!) 2024 Recap 2025 Goals / Brainstorming  Sharing latest efforts/observing/projects And (if the weather holds - some observing after) 2024 has been an amazing year and we've grown quite a bit.  Please join us and keep checking our calendar of events for upcoming meetings and observing sessions.
